السادة الافاضل سلام الله عليكم اجمعين اخواننا فطاحلة وطلاب علم الاكسل المحترمين اعود اليكم بستفسار بعد ان قمت بالبحث في هذا المنتدى القيم عن موضوع مماثل تفادياً لتكرار فأذا حدث ذلك ارجو العذر وسماح المطلوب من صفحة Datentry نحدد يوم معين وندخال معلومات معينة (مواد وعمال)وعند الضغط على زر الترحيل يقوم بنقل البيانات الى نفس عامود اليوم بصفحة Timeline ومسح البيانات المدخلة في صفحة Datentry مثال للمطلوب تجدونه مرفق ولكم جزيل الشكر Job costing timeline.rar

أستاذي العزيز يحيى اشكر لك جهودك للاجابة على استفساراتي ويبدو من المعادلة التي استخدمتها انها معقدة ومتخصصة لتحليل البيانات لكن لم تقم بالمطلوب فعلى سبيل المثال يجب ان يكون الناتج 12 في شهر jan عامود SUBMITTED مقدر تجاوبك واعتقد ان الطريقة التقليدية التي استخدمها هي الطريقة المثلى وفي الختام احب ان ابين اعجابي بمدونتك لك جزيل الشكر

أخي العزيز يحيى حسين ان المطلوب تجميعة هو عدد الطلبات المقدمة للشركة في كل شهر وهو التاريخ الموجود في INQUIRIES فقط اما العامود QUOTATION SUBMITTED فليس له اي ارتباط في هذا التقرير وأعتذر عن عدم حذفة في المثال والتحليل المطلوب في Region analysis هو عباره عن تحليل التسعيرات (عدد التسعيرات لكل شهر مع اخذ بعين الاعتبار حالة التسعيرة ) من عامود quot status لقسم CONTRACT الموجود في CONTRACT TYPE في اشهر السنة الموجودة في عامود INQUIRIES والوضع مماثل لبقية الاقسام ارجو ان يكون الشرح واضح وانا جاهز لاي استفسار وللمعلومية فقد بدأت التحليل بستخدام دالة if & and لكنها تتطلب كثير من الاعادادات والروابط والمثال الموجود جزء فقط من التقرير السبوعي اخوك بوفيصل

الاخوة الاعزاء السلام عليكم ورحمة الله اعود اليكم بستفسار بسيط مقارنة مع خبراتكم العضيمة ولكن سوف يوفر على الوقت والجهد الكبيرين ففي المرفق مثال على قاعدة البيانات متكونة من عدة اعمدة حيث ان كل عامود متخصص بتحديد معلومة معينة ولتي اقوم بتحديثها بشكل دائم وتتزايد بشكل يومي حتى تجاوزة عام 2009 700 سطر كما اقوم بتحليلها بشكل اسبوعي المطلوب كتالي هل هناك امكانية لعمل دالة تغطي قاعدة البيانات بحيث تحلل المعلومات في جداول محددة وبشكل الي وللمعلومية فقد قمت بتجربة التالي 1- البحث المعمق في المنتدى لتفادي تكرار الموضوع 2- استخدام البفوت تيبل لعملية التحليل وهو جيد الى مستوى معين 3- ايتخدمة الدالة التالية (=IF(AND(F5="CONTRACT",G5="east",J5="SUBMITTED"),H5,"") ولكن يجب تكرارها لكل الحالات في كل الاشهر في قل المناطق لكل الاقسام مما يستغرق وقت وجهد كبيرين واخيراً تجد في الملف المرفق صفحتان 1- Database وهي مثال لقاعدة البيانات المستخدمة والتي تتزايد بشكل يومي 2- Region analysis وهو مثال على الجداول المطلوب تحديثها بشكل السبوعي (عدد حالت التسعيرات التي تمت لكل قسم في كل منطقة) وهناك المزيد (قيمة التسعيرات التي تمت لكل قسم في كل منطقة) ولكن هذا المثال لتقريب أعتذر على الاطالة وشاكر ومقدر حسن نعاونكم اخوكم بوفيصل Example.rar

اخواني الاعزاء ارجو مساعدتي في تنضيم اعدادات قالب معين لتجميع المعلومات من اقسام مختلفة فكما هو موجود في الملف المرفق توجد عدة اقسام مرتبطة لتجديد المعلومات المطلوبة منها فكيف استطيع ان ابرمج الملف ان يفتح دائماً على الصفحة الرئيسية , وهل بالامكانية ان احدد رقم سري لكل قسم حيث ان اذا حاول الدخول على قسم اخر عن طريق الرابط "اسم القسم " يطلب منه الرقم السري فكما تلاحظ قمت بأخفاء اسماء الصفحات حيث يتم التنقل عن طريق الروابط فقط إلى في حالة المحترفين الذين يستطيعون التنقل عن طريق اختصارات لوحة المفاتيح او معرفة اعادة اسماء الصفحات وهو امر اذا وجد له حل اكون لكم من الشاكرين حاولت رفع مثال على المطلوب عن طريق المرفقات ولكن هناك خطء Error You aren't permitted to upload this kind of file اعتذر عن تكرير الموضوع بالخطء ارجو من المشرف حذف هذا المشاركة

أخواني في الله السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته يعجز السان عن وصف الامتنان وشكر الجزيل لهذا التفاني في مشاركة العلوم التي زقنا الله بها مع الغير بدون تردد او انتظار جزاء وبنسبة الى استفساراتي عن تحديد السطر كاملاً عند تغيير حالة خلية محدده "حالة التسعيرة" فقد كانت الداله التي استخدمها الاستاذ هشام شلبي هي ما ابحث عنه فأصبحت مثل الوصفة سحرية او الخلطة شعبية او طبخة الحجية محكمة وسريعة المفعول . اما بنسبة لتغير الون في الخلية التي تختلف في القيمة للخلية المجاورة (السؤال الاول) فقد كان المشكلة بسبب سوء الطبيق فقد كنت احدد العامودين لتطبيق دالة التنسيق وبعد مراجة الروشتة المقدمة من الدكاترة المحترمين تبين السبب فزال العجب فلكم جزيل الشكر ووفقكم الى مايرضاه ونلقاكم في سؤالي القادم الذي سيكون في موضوع مستقل لتعم الفائدة وهو كيف ابرمج ملف الاكسل ان يفتح على صفحة محددة حتى اذا تم اغلاقة او حفضة على صفحة اخرى ولكم جزيل الشكر اخوكم ابوفيصل

أستاذي الكريم هشام شلبى شاكر ومقدر لك مجهودك في شرحك المفصل في مستعصيات الاكسل ولكن هناك مشكلة بسيطة بنسبة لسؤال الاول حيث ان قيمة الخلية في العامود الاول هي عبارة عن قيمة معادلة اف تعتمد على نتائج من صفحة اخرى وهي كتالي (=IF(F22="","",IF(W22="AWARDED","AWARDED",IF(W22="DECLINED","DECLINED",IF(W22="Lost Project","Lost Project",IF(W22="PENDING WITH CLIENT",AY22,""))))) وقيمة الخلية في العامود الثاني ايضاً ناتج معادلة اف من صفحة اخرى =IF(H55="UNDER PROCESS",'CRC Details'!Y59,IF(H55="Declined",'CRC Details'!Y59,IF(H55="AWARDED",'CRC Details'!Y59,""))) مما ادى الى عدم دقة تنسيق الخلايا عند اختلاف او تطابق ناتج المعادلات في العامودين وما قصدته في سؤالي الثاني (وفي حالة تجديد خانة حالة التسعيرة سوف يتغير لون السطر بنائن على الشروط المذكورة اعلاه مع العلم ان الشروط لن تتغير املائياً او مجازياً عن الشروط المذكورة ) هو بضبط ماعملته انت في الملف المرفق حيث انني نضمت الجدول بنفس الطريقة وكان اختيار حالة التسعيرة عن طريق قائمة منسدلة فالمعطيات ثابتة من القائمة المنسدلة والمطلوب هو تغير لون السطر كامل بناء على حالة التسعيرة فمثلاً اذا كانت التسعيرة مرفوضة سيتلون السطر من A الى F بالون الاحمر وليس خلية الحالة فقط وذلك لان قاعدة البيانات التي اعمل عليها كبيرة جدأ اكثر من 43 عامود وكثير من المدخلات تعتمد على حالة التسعيرة فعند العمل على تجديد المعلومات اضطر الى الرجوع الى عامود حالة التسعيرة لتأكد قبل ادخال البيانات . ولكم وافر احترامي وتقديري

أبداع منقطع النضير لهذا المنتدى الجليل ولكن بنسبة لطريقة الأخ dddd فهي طريقة تستوجب الاعداد لها لكل سطر على حده وانا احتاجها لعمل قاعدة بيانات كبيرة والأستاذ الكبير هشام شلبى مبدع دائماُ وحلولك تحتاج لشرح لاصحاب الخبرات المتواضعه امثالنا لذا ارجو التكرم بشرح طريقة الاعداد لجميع الاسطر وهل استطيع ان اطبق هذا التنسيق على جدول بيانات كامل فمثلا لو كان لدي جدول مراقبة مشاريع الشركة وعناوين الاعمدة كتالي رقم العميل اسم المشروع مبلغ المشروع مدة المشروع حالة التسعيرة واردت ان اطبق التنسيق التالي اذا كانت حالة التسعيرة تحت الاعداد اي لم تقدم للعميل بعد يكون السطر بلون الرمادي الفاتح أذا قدمت للعميل ولم يرد عليها يكون السطر بالون الصفر اذا رفض العميل التسعيرة يكون السطر بالون الاحمر اذا قبل العميل التسعيرة يكون السطر بالون الخضر وفي حالة تجديد خانة حالة التسعيرة سوف يتغير لون السطر بنائن على الشروط المذكورة اعلاه مع العلم ان الشروط لن تتغير املائياً او مجازياً عن الشروط المذكورة ارجو المعذرة على الطالة ولكم جزيل الشكر

أستاذي العزيز ليس لدي خبرة واسعة في مجال المكرو ولكن عند مراجعة الملف المرفق لاحضة انه من السهل اكتشاف الارقام السرية وذلك عن طريق قتح الكود الخاص بالمكرو وسوف يضهر الرقم السري 1234 لذا ارجو الحذر وأتخاذ التدابير لتفادي تسرب المعلوماتك

اسلام عليكم ورحمة الله في البداية احب اشكر كل من ساهم او شارك او استعرض المشاركات او دل عليها في هذا المنتدى المعطاء اما بعد فأن الاستفسار جاء بعد بحث وعناء طويلياً وهو كتالي اذا كان لديك عامودين A و B وفي كل منهما بيانات قد تختلف وقد تتشابه وطول العامودين بالمئات الاسطر واردت ان تحدد من تنسيق الخلية انه اذا كان A3 لايساوي B3 فأن A3 ستتلون بالون الصفر مثلاً مع ملاحضة اننا نتحدث عن عدد كبير من الاسطر الذي نريد تطبيق هذا التنسيق علية ,ولاسباب متعلقة بتنظيم الصفحة فأن دالة الأف في عامود محايد غير مرغوب بها شاكر ومقدر تعاونكم
