السلام عليكم ....

هذه الرساله تظهر لي في بعض الملفات عند فتحها وعندما اضغط نعم احيانا اجد الملف تالف واحيانا لا . 

ما الحل لعدم ظهورها مره اخري ؟ ولكم الشكر الجزيل
